A little about me…
My husband, Kevin, and I live on a small hobby farm in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania where we have raised our two wonderful children, Alex and Emily. Our family loves Jesus, skiing, traveling, and sitting around the campfire together. I’m thankful for how they always support my work and encourage me always. I love these people so very much.
To me, art is allowing the world to experience emotion and see inside the soul of the artist, allowing viewers to experience their worldview, if only for a brief moment.
I truly feel my art is an extension of who I am as a unique individual. I love incorporating texture before adding any color, it’s the base layer - a foundation filled with hills and valleys. Then, I begin adding layers of paint, much like each new experience adds a new layer to my life. My work often is reflective of working through a personal journey. For me, art is not only indulging creativity, but it cultivates personal growth. Thank you for visiting and taking a moment to view my work.
